Isaac Seymour worked six innings for Tampa Bay, punching out 10 batters on 79 pitches. That's a season-best strikeout total for the right-hander, who surrendered two earned runs and now carries a 4.27 ERA. Peter Lambert threw six frames for Houston, fanning four and allowing three earned on 85 pitches. His ledger stands at 3.71. Isaac Paredes opened the scoring with a solo shot in the first, his 20th home run of the year. Richie Palacios answered with a two-run single in the fifth that brought home Victor Mesa Jr. and Chandler Simpson. Yainer Diaz brought the Astros within one in the sixth on an RBI single that scored Jose Altuve. Nick Madrigal's sac fly in the seventh plated Kenny Piper and proved to be the difference.
